If you’re struggling to manifest what you want, there’s a good chance you might be unintentionally blocking your manifestations. You’ve probably heard of limiting beliefs and how they can hold you back, but there are other common manifesting blocks that many people don’t even realize they’re doing!
Here are 5 common manifesting blockers and some tips on how to clear them so you can manifest your desires with ease! 🌟
1. Lack of Clarity 🤷♀️
If you’re not clear on what you want, how can the Universe provide it to you? It’s like going to a restaurant but having no idea what you want to order. The server (the Universe) keeps checking in, ready to give you something amazing (your desire), but if you’re unsure, they’ll just bring you the same old thing as before. Nothing new, nothing special.
Unclear or vague goals make it hard to focus your energy and take the right actions. To get clarity and place your order with the Universe, try these:
- Journaling 📝: Write down everything swirling in your mind. Sometimes seeing it on paper helps you choose what to prioritize. Don’t worry, you’re not stuck with one choice forever—you can change your mind anytime!
- Meditation 🧘: Ask the Universe for guidance before meditating. Once your mind is calm, a spark of inspiration will likely come to you.
- Just Start 🚀: If you’re unsure what you want, just start exploring! Whether it’s looking for a new home or a job, taking action will help you figure out what you want by narrowing down what you don’t want.
2. Inconsistency 🙃
Manifesting your dream life takes dedication, but inconsistent efforts can disrupt the process. If you’re not practicing manifesting regularly, it’s like sending mixed signals to the Universe.
Here’s how to stay consistent:
- Prioritize Self-Care 💆: When you’re stressed or overwhelmed, your manifesting habits might slip. Take care of yourself; mind, body, and soul so the Universe can take care of you!
- Create a Routine ⏰: Establish a daily manifesting routine. Whether it’s 5 minutes of affirmations in the morning or visualizing before bed, stick with what works for you.
- Get Support 🙌: Work with a manifesting coach or guide (ahem, that’s me) for guidance and accountability to stay on track.
3. Expecting Immediate Results ⏳
Are you giving up too quickly? Impatience can block your manifestations because frustration and doubt knock you out of vibrational alignment. Here’s how to be more patient:
- Be Present 🌸: Enjoy each day instead of constantly focusing on future outcomes. Practice mindfulness to stay in the moment.
- Trust the Timing 🕰️: The Universe takes time to set up synchronicities for you. Use affirmations like “I trust in divine timing” to keep the faith.

- Use the time to take inspired action. If you’re manifesting a relationship, get out and do activities where you’ll be exposed to people. Set up your online dating profile. Make a list of the traits you want in your partner. Work on your limiting beliefs and open yourself up to love. There are a lot of things you can do while you’re waiting on the universe to work its magic!
4. Fear of Success 😧
We’ve all heard about the fear of failure, but did you know that fear of success can also block you? Anxiety about achieving your goals can keep you in your comfort zone, but remember, everything you want is outside of it! Here’s how to overcome the fear:
- See Success as a Gift 🎁: Success puts you in a position to help others—if you want to! But don’t feel guilty about setting boundaries. You’re under no obligation to give anything to anyone just because they’re family or friends.
- Surround Yourself With Support 👫: Spend time with people who uplift you and understand your success. Remember the quote, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
- Recognize Your Worth 💖: You deserve success just as much as anyone else. Be proud of what you’ve achieved and let go of guilt.
5. Misalignment in Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions 🤔
If your thoughts, feelings, and actions are out of alignment, it’s time to check in with yourself. Have your desires changed? Are you pursuing something because you want it, or because others expect it of you? Was your desire set with good intentions?
Here’s how to realign:
- Check Your Goals 🔍: Regularly review your goals and adjust them as needed. It’s okay to change your mind as you grow!
- Remember Your Why 🎯: Reconnect with the reason you wanted this manifestation in the first place. Reminding yourself of the excitement and purpose behind your goal can get you back on track.

- Shift Your Energy 🌟: If you’re feeling negative or stuck, work on raising your vibration. Engage in activities that bring you joy—whether that’s self-care, meditation, or something creative.
