How to make affirmations work for you
Affirmations work best when they are repeated consistently throughout your day, every day. This is especially important if you start feeling negative thoughts creep in.
As you’re reading them, focus on the feelings and emotions the affirmations evoke. Try to carry that feeling with you throughout the day. If the feeling starts to fade, reread the affirmation and again, focus on those feelings.
