If you’re looking for an easy, healthy treat for V Day, try out this adorable and yummy Valentine’s Day nice cream dessert!

This nice cream is dairy free and vegan. It’s super easy to make, but does take several hours due to the freeze times.

Ingredients for Valentine’s Day Nice Cream

-2-3 ripened bananas
-Handful of raspberries (strawberries work too!)
-Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate (optional)
-Heart-shaped sprinkles (optional)

Steps to Make Nice Cream

Step 1: Chop 2-3 bananas into small bite-size pieces. Place them into a container and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.

Step 2: Once the banana pieces are frozen, place them into a high-powered blender or food processor along with a handful of raspberries (strawberries work too). The raspberries will make the nice cream a pretty pink color. Blend until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides several times.

Step 3: Place a large heart-shaped cookie/sandwich cutter** on a silicone mat or parchment paper with a plate or something sturdy underneath. Pour your blended nice cream into the heart and smooth out the top.

Step 4: Freeze for at least 2-3 hours.

Step 5: Remove your nice cream from the freezer and place the heart on a pretty dessert plate. Push the frozen heart down with the back of a spoon as you pull the cookie cutter off. Smooth out any imperfections with the back of the spoon.

Step 6 (optional, but extra fun!): Drizzle chocolate syrup or melted chocolate over the heart. Add sprinkles. Enjoy! 🙂
