Are you ready to manifest anything you want quickly? Let’s take manifesting beyond the typical “think positive and wait” advice. Today, we’re diving into a powerful and straightforward method: robotic affirmations.
So, What Are Robotic Affirmations?
There’s some debate about who coined the term “robotic affirmations.” I first came across this method through Robert Millikan’s story shared by Neville Goddard. However, I learned the specific term “robotic affirming” from Sammy Ingram, a manifesting coach and YouTuber. When I heard it, I realized I’d been using this technique for a long time without knowing it had a name!
Robotic affirmations are one of the easiest and most effective ways to reprogram your mind. Think of repeating a simple affirmation, like a robot, over and over again. The key is repetition. The more you repeat it, the more your subconscious mind believes it, without any effort. This is like putting your manifesting on autopilot—you don’t need to feel anything or overthink it, just repeat it and let your subconscious do the work.
Why Do They Work So Quickly?
Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined. It believes what you tell it, especially when you tell it consistently and repetitively. Robotic affirmations work by bombarding your subconscious with a clear message, over and over again, until it accepts it as truth. And here’s the magic: when you don’t add emotion or deep thought, your conscious mind doesn’t resist or try to argue. Instead, your thoughts, vibrations, and actions align with the affirmation, and before you know it, what you’ve been affirming starts to manifest in your life.
How to Use Robotic Affirmations
When it comes to manifesting, I believe the only rule is that thoughts become things. But I do have some tips that have worked for me, and maybe they’ll help you, too:
- Stick to a single affirmation at a time: You don’t have to stick with the same affirmation for weeks or months but focus on one at a time during each session. Trying to say too many at once can disrupt the flow.
- Keep it short and sweet: Short affirmations make it easier to repeat and get into a rhythm. Some examples are:
- “I am happy, I am joyful.”
- “I am wealthy.”
- “Money always comes to me.”
- Use a silly voice if you feel desperate: If impatience or desperation creeps in, try saying the affirmation in a silly voice or accent. This lightens the mood and keeps your vibrations high.
- Say it while walking: Walking in step with your affirmations can make it feel more natural and rhythmic.
- Let your mind wander if it wants to: Some say not to let your mind wander, but I think it’s okay! It’s like listening to subliminals. Your subconscious is still absorbing the message.
- Say them however you want: You can say your affirmations out loud, whisper them, or even say them silently in your head. The important part is finding a rhythm that feels like a chant.
- No strict time blocks necessary: While some suggest setting aside 10-minute blocks a few times a day, I don’t believe in strict rules. The only rule is that thoughts become things. I say my robotic affirmations whenever I’m walking to my car, in the shower, brushing my teeth, or before I fall asleep. The more you repeat, the faster you’ll see results!
Watch for the Shift
This is the fun part! After a few days (or even hours), you’ll start noticing shifts in your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Suddenly, opportunities and synchronicities begin to appear, and you’ll feel like your affirmation is already true.
***One bonus I’ve noticed is that robotic affirmations also reduce my anxiety. Instead of ruminating on potential negative outcomes, I’m too busy repeating affirmations to focus on fear or doubt. It’s a powerful and unexpected side effect!***
Ready to Try Robotic Affirmations?
Robotic affirmations are one of the simplest and quickest manifesting methods. The more you practice, the faster you’ll see results. The best part? You don’t need hours of meditation or forcing yourself to feel a certain way. Just repeat, trust, and let the universe handle the rest.
If you haven’t tried robotic affirmations yet, consider this your sign to start today!
