Do you want to create a deeper, more loving relationship with your current partner? Who doesn’t want that, right? If you’re focusing on the wrong things though, you could be doing the exact opposite! But, you have the power to transform and heal your partnership by using The Law of Attraction.
Let’s go over a few ways you can manifest healing and fulfillment in your current relationship.

Okay, let’s talk about dialogue.
Tell me….what are you saying about your partner? You have to consider both internal and external dialogue.
Let’s start with your internal dialogue. What does that sound like? When you think about your partner, what types of things come to mind?
What are you thinking to yourself when you’re heading home to see them after a long day of work? Are you thinking about all the ways they’re going to annoy you? Are your thoughts about them full of anger and frustration? Or do you feel annoyed or sad?
If your internal dialogue is negative, odds are pretty good you’re unintentionally creating a bad experience with your partner because you’re projecting onto them how you expect them to behave. And according to the Law of Attraction, you’re going to get exactly what you expect.
For the next few days (at least), try changing your inner dialogue to only positive thoughts about your partner and see what happens. If your relationship has been suffering for a long time, this will take some practice, but stay mindful of your thoughts and redirect them when you start to feel negativity creeping back in.
Now let’s talk about your external dialogue.
What kinds of things are you saying to other people about your partner? If you’re talking to your friends or coworkers, are you complaining about your partner? If so, you’re focusing on the things you dislike. You have to remember, that what you focus on grows.
If you’re badmouthing your partner or complaining about something they did or didn’t do, those traits will magnify.
It’s sometimes hard to avoid negative conversations with others because a lot of people love to complain, however, you can avoid piling onto the negativity by not complaining along with them.
Instead, change your focus to the positive changes you want to see and watch them grow.
Hey, your positivity might even inspire others to change their negative narratives too!
While we’re on the topic of dialogue, you also want to be mindful when you talk TO your partner, not just about them.
Be sure to speak words of love. Make a habit of speaking kindly and lovingly to your partner.
Your words carry so much energy and can uplift your relationship if you speak from a place of love or tear it down if you speak negatively. You will also probably start to see your partner mirror this back to you if you continue to speak to them with love and respect.
When you’re away from your partner, visualize peaceful conversations. Imagine having constructive conversations where you both feel heard and valued.
Affirmations are great when it comes to improving dialogue with and about your partner.
Try repeating positive affirmations like, “My relationship is full of love, respect, and understanding”. These will help reprogram your mindset.
As you say these affirmations, you also want to pull up those feelings of love to make them even more powerful.
Alright, now let’s move on to your connection.
Manifesting a strong connection with your partner is sooo important and it’s easier than you’d think!
You can start building or repairing your connection using visualization.
Visualize having a strong connection with your partner. Imagine what that will feel like and how you’ll treat your partner when you do have a strong, genuine connection.
Practice visualizing this daily and it will start to feel natural and eventually become reality. Picture yourself having deep conversations, laughing, and supporting each other throughout life. This will attract those experiences into your reality.
Keep building this connection when you’re with your partner. Stay fully present when you’re with them. Truly listen to what they’re saying without any distractions.
It’s hard when our minds are normally running at full speed trying to get things done every day, but this is so important. Your partner is important.
Take the time to show them that you care enough to focus on them. This will help both of you build a deep connection with each other.
While you’re maintaining this presence with your partner, radiate love, feeling your energetic love radiating towards them. I guarantee they’re gonna feel it too!
Another way to connect is to create joint goals with your partner. Plan something like a vacation or an activity you both like to do, even if it’s something simple like a date night dinner and a movie.
This will align your energy toward a common purpose and make your bond even stronger.
Here’s another thing that really works for me if I’m not exactly feeling a connection, maybe I’m even feeling irritated or frustrated.
I imagine us connected by a sparkling golden thread.
We are all connected by Universe/God/Source, whatever term you resonate with. This golden thread reminds me of that connection and helps redirect me to a positive mindset if I’m feeling a bit negative, which happens to all of us sometimes.
You can also use this with other people like your customers at work or people in line at the grocery store. I use it all the time at work!
It truly helps to put you in a high vibrational state and connect with others in a positive way.
Alright, let’s talk about how like attracts like.
How do you want your partner to be in your relationship?
I’m assuming you want them to be kind, loving, supportive, helpful, positive… All the good things, right?
The Law of Attraction says that “like attracts like”. So, let’s focus on you for a minute. Are you treating your partner the way that you want to be treated? If you’re kind, loving, supportive, helpful, and positive, your partner will naturally adopt a similar energy.
This isn’t about trying to change them. It’s about changing YOUR mindset to attract the same vibration you’re putting out.
One way to shift your mindset is by setting an intention. Set a clear intention for what you want your relationship to look and feel like.
It could be something like, “I intend to nurture our relationship that is filled with love, respect, and support.”
Then act as if the relationship has already healed and improved. Act as if this intention is in the now or the present. Bring the energy you want into the relationship.
Practice loving kindness and send positive energy to your partner at all times. I know it’s not always going to be easy, but practicing this consistently will lead to a wonderful and positive outcome.
The last thing I want to go over to help you manifest the relationship you want is gratitude.
To transform your relationship, you’ll also want to focus on and be grateful for all the positives and the good stuff in your relationship. Instead of dwelling on the negatives and the irritations, shift your mindset to focus on all the good in your partner and the relationship.
Gratitude is a game-changer!
What do you love about your partner? Make a list of all the things you love and appreciate about them. And then every day, write down 3 things you’re grateful for in your relationship or your partner.
Being grateful will attract even more good stuff to be grateful for!
Don’t forget to celebrate the small wins. If your partner does something thoughtful or helpful, even if it’s the just tiniest thing, acknowledge it! Make a note of every improvement in your relationship. Remember, what you focus on grows.
You have to trust the process and release control. The Law of Attractions works in its own time so have faith that it’s working for you and that your relationship will evolve as it’s meant to. These techniques will help shift your focus to what you want in the relationship rather than what you don’t want, which will be the key to transformation. If you keep it up, you’ll see your relationship grow and flourish!
